Pricing varies based on dosing and Tier system desired but every new patient will get an initial FULL 1 hour consult for $150 fee that includes a full evaluation, metabolic eval and personalized plan for weight loss. We will discuss all medication options, goals and adjustments needed for exercise/nutrition and behavior modification needed. This will also include and full body composition scan to get baseline fat/muscle mass with the Inbody 570 and discussion on personalized plan surrounding this.

We can also start your medication that day. Tirzepatide, which is typically the most recommended and best weight loss option starts at $350/month. Our goal for you is low doses, low side effects and HIGH results!

Hormone Replacement Therapy
Hormone Replacement Therapy consult will be the first step to optimizing you hormones. This includes a full evaluation, symptom discussion and educational discussion on how hormonal changes might be playing a role in your life.
We will discuss hormone optimization options at length including:
Topical Testosterone Cream/Troches ($50-150/month depending on dose at pharmacy)
Oral Testosterone (Kyzatrex) $200/month
Subcutaneous/long acting Pelleting ($400-$725 every 4 months depending on procedure)
Testosterone Cypionate Injections (male and female) program
Full lab evaluation will be drawn in office for discounted cash pay options ($200). You do have the option to use insurance to try to cover these but your copay for the cost of the labs (>$1800) may end up being higher than the cash pay discount.
We will then get you back for a dedicated appointment for full lab review and treatment plan discussion and we will start your desired treatment that day.
Follow up labs and visits will depend on chosen treatment options.
